Whether through special events or partnering with state and local organizations and businesses, Miller-Motte College Fayetteville believes it is important to be involved and give back. That’s why getting involved is an important part of the student experience at the Fayetteville campus.

Umoja Festival

For the past four years, Miller-Motte Fayetteville has been taking part in the Umoja Festival. The Umoja Festival is annual African-American cultural festival celebrating education and culture in the community. The festival features cultural music, storytelling, displays and dancers as well as a health clinic and food. To learn more about the Umoja Festival, visit

American Heart Association 

Miller-Motte College Fayetteville was a proud sponsor of the American Heart Association 2015 Sandhills Heart Walk and 5K Run. Over one hundred students, faculty, staff and their families showed their support for the American Heart Association by donating and/or participating in the walk. 

Thanks to everyone who donated and participated in the event, Miller-Motte College Fayetteville was able to raise $1,508.47 in 2015; the largest donation from the school to date. 

Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce

Miller-Motte College Fayetteville is a member of the Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce and a proud sponsor of the State of the Community Luncheon with the Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce.

Community Partnerships

Over the years, Miller-Motte College Fayetteville has built over 30 partnerships with state, local and community organizations and businesses. These partnerships allow us to participate in events and provide volunteer services to the community. It also gives us the ability to provide quality externships for students, providing the real world experience needed to succeed.
